Erika comes to NCC following more than 20 years of insurance industry experience with companies including State Farm, Amica Mutual Insurance, Travelers Insurance, and Allstate. Over the course of her career, she has succeeded in creating sales opportunities while impacting internal processes and operational efficiencies to increase revenue and improve the customer experience. Her mentoring experience, coupled with her sales and customer service experience, enable her to successfully lead each agent to achieve their business objectives and set them up for continued success and growth in the future. Erika has achieved her Life, Accident & Health and Property & Casualty licenses in addition to Series 6, 63, and 26.

Julie joins NCC with a diverse FMO/IMO background in recruiting, onboarding & contracting Medicare, Health, Life, and LTC Agents. Julie is also a former business owner that specialized in high-volume recruitment for several nationwide insurance companies. As a licensed and certified life, health, and Medicare agent, she has on the ground knowledge of what our agents face daily. She was an award-winning corporate recruiter and has been previously recognized as the top Long Term Care insurance producer. Her vast experience and commitment to moving agents toward success are just some of the things that make Julie an invaluable resource to our agents.
Megan Parker Marketing Specialist
Megan joins NCC with a varied background in training, management, sales, marketing, and customer relations. She strives to deliver a personalized experience to agents by being a positive and supportive partner on their walk towards growth and success. She has a history of working closely with small business owners, which benefits her in assisting agents. Megan focuses on the details and values service-centered relationships. Maeve Smith Customer Service Representative
Maeve works with the Marketing team providing customer service to our agents. She is responsible for ensuring the agent information portal is accurate and up-to-date, facilitating agent supply and marketing material orders as well as providing excellent customer service.
Laura George Marketing Operations Specialist
Laura comes to NCC with a diverse management background in hospitality, corporate, and non-profit environments. Specializing in relationship-building, revenue generation, administrative management, finance, and customer service, Laura currently works with the marketing team to streamline and improve operational processes and training for agents and marketers.
Jackson Johnson Director of Operations
Jackson grew up in the business and now manages operations for NCC, including finance and IT for both NCC and our sister company Senior Financial Group.
Haifa George Human Resources Manager
Haifa is responsible for managing Human Resources, including talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, policies & procedures, employee relations & development, payroll, among other valuable organizational elements. Her goal is to bring positivity to the workforce by implementing policies and programs that shape NCC into an employer of choice.
Heather Burley Operations Manager
Heather oversees NCC’s day-to-day operations. She assumed the role of Operations Manager in 2021, after initially joining the company in 2018 as a Licensing and Contracting Specialist. Heather has extensive experience managing both projects and people, and is always willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Her goal as Operations Manager is to help shape a company culture that aligns our team’s values with NCC’s mission.
Bryan McPeters Compliance Manager/Officer
Bryan is responsible for the management and oversight of compliance and privacy for NCC. He has over 16 years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, and data analysis. Bryan’s goal is to ensure that NCC stays ahead of the curve related to any Medicare requirements in a very timely manner. He brings years of teamwork mentality with him that he hopes to continue with the agents and employees of NCC.
Christopher Paris Controller
Christopher manages Finance and Information Technology for both NCC and our sister company Senior Financial Group. He joined NCC in 2020 with 9 years of accounting experience, as well as a background in IT. Christopher’s attention to detail and diligence help NCC’s finances and technology run at peak efficiency.
Paris Johnson Contracting & Licensing Manager
Paris started with NCC in 2019 and has grown with the company to become Contracting Manager. She works with our agents and Marketing Specialists to make the contracting and licensing process as streamlined and effortless as possible. She keeps our contracting department running smoothly and is willing to take on any challenge.
Linda Raby Contracting & Licensing Specialist
Linda joined NCC in early 2020 and is an incredible asset to the Contracting team. Her unmatched attention to detail keeps our databases updated and accurate. Her teamwork mentality and positive attitude make working with Linda a pleasant experience for all who she comes across.
Samantha Rooney Enrollment Central Project Manager
Samantha manages NCC’s quoting and enrollment tool, Enrollment Central. She joined the company in 2019 as an Agency Development Specialist and transitioned into a Project Manager role soon after. Samantha has 10+ years of training and development experience in varied industries including higher education, hospitality, and insurance. She is also experienced in web design and digital marketing. Samantha’s goal is to improve, streamline, and grow the technology available to NCC’s agents through cross-functional team collaboration.
Tracy Smith Data & Reporting Specialist
Tracy uses her background in Internal Audit and Accounts Payable to analyze and process NCC’s commissions in a timely manner.
Michelle Key SEO & Content Specialist
Michelle joined NCC in 2019 with two decades of experience in SEO and content development and has focused primarily on creating training and educational materials throughout her career. As a digital marketer, Michelle considers herself an advocate for the end-user. Making sure NCC’s website is a useful resource for our agents is her top priority.
Samantha Reece Lead Generation Analyst
Samantha joined NCC in 2020 after several years of proven lead generation and digital marketing in the sales industry. As a licensed agent, she brings a firsthand perspective to driving revenue and increasing sales potential for agents. Her skills in problem-solving and relationship-building are invaluable to teaching agents how to make the most of their marketing budgets and generating results.
Brandon Hall Training Specialist
Brandon comes to NCC with an extensive background in Insurance and Financial Services training. Originally from Mississippi, Brandon has called East TN home for almost 2 decades. Specializing in content creation and delivery, Brandon currently works with the marketing team to help create engaging and meaningful training for agents and marketers.
Doug Fischer Training Specialist
Doug brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to NCC. With a collaborative and educational approach, he has had great success working with agents to find solutions for their customer’s needs and concerns. He has worked in all market types in the health industry, but over the years, Medicare has become his passion.
John Pontiff Staff Accountant
John joined NCC as a staff accountant in the finance department with a background in both accounting and software/ERP support. He is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee and a Marine Corps combat veteran. His background helps the finance department provide quality information in a timely and efficient manner to assist in making business decisions that will benefit both NCC/SFG and their clients. His attention to detail and software knowledge are key to streamlining financial and reporting processes.
