Jackson Johnson President
Jackson grew up immersed in the industry, gaining a wealth of experience from an early age. He became an agent in 2018 and quickly demonstrated his leadership skills by taking over operations at National Contracting Center the same year. In 2022, Jackson expanded his influence by overseeing our sister company, Senior Financial Group. His dedication and visionary leadership led to his appointment as President in 2023. Jackson is a strong advocate of Radical Candor, consistently fostering an environment of open, honest communication and mutual respect.
Heather Burley Head of Sales & Development
Heather heads up NCC’s Sales and Development Departments. She initially joined the company in 2018 in Licensing and Contracting and has served in several roles since then. Heather has extensive experience managing both projects and people, and is always willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Her goal as the Head of Sales and Development is to ensure the highest level of support is available to all of NCC’s agents and agencies while helping shape a company culture that aligns our team’s values with NCC’s mission.
Haifa George Human Resources Manager
As the Head of People & Culture, Haifa is passionate about making NCC a place where everyone feels supported and empowered to do their best work. With a focus on employee growth, engagement, and creating a positive culture, Haifa is dedicated to building an environment that values diversity, well-being, and collaboration. Her goal is to help both the people, and the company grow together, ensuring that NCC is a place where everyone can thrive.
Christopher Paris Controller
Christopher manages Finance and Information Technology for both NCC and our sister company Senior Financial Group. He joined NCC in 2020 with 9 years of accounting experience, as well as a background in IT. Christopher’s attention to detail and diligence help NCC’s finances and technology run at peak efficiency.
Lisa Callaghan Recruiting Manager
Lisa Callaghan joins the NCC Team from the Great Lakes State of Michigan. She brings over twenty years of experience in recruiting, sales, and marketing. Lisa has a unique ability to connect and network with people. This allows her to put agents immediately at ease. She enjoys sharing all the ways NCC can help grow an agent’s business!
Connie Floyd Recruiting Specialist
Connie Floyd has worked with agents at NCC since 2007. Her experience in the insurance industry allows her to provide an invaluable wealth of information to her agents.
Tracy Gonzalez Onboarding & Contracting Manager
Tracy comes to NCC with a diverse insurance background, having worked inside brokerages and captive career agencies. She has worked in agent support, training, onboarding, and marketing departments throughout her career. As part of the onboarding team, Tracy helps agents complete contracting and get up and running.
Melinda Clotfelter Onboarding Specialist
Melinda Clotfelter consistently puts her fifteen-plus years of experience in customer service, management, and training into practice to support her agents. Her background in the hospitality and recruiting industries, her commitment to excellence, and her talent for discerning what agents need contribute to Melinda’s ability to ensure agents are smoothly onboarded to NCC.
Adam Smith Onboarding Specialist
Adam brings a wealth of experience to their role as an Onboarding Specialist. Formerly a Director of Operations at a healthcare finance company, they excelled in data analytics and led a large, dynamic team. Outside of work, he enjoys the art of glassblowing and exploring the great outdoors through camping adventures. Their unique blend of analytical expertise and creative passion adds a vibrant perspective to our team.
Cameron Hamblin Onboarding Specialist
Cameron brings over 30 years of account management, customer service and operations experience, primarily for SMB and start-ups. As an Onboarding Specialist, she really aims to make the contracting process a positive and smooth experience for her agents. Originally hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area but now living in Knoxville, Tennessee, Cameron enjoys exploring her new hometown, particularly the Smoky Mountain National Park with her family. She and her husband also have purchased a farm and are working to restore it to eventually have a hobby farm of chickens, goats, and pigs.
Paris Johnson Contracting Team Lead
Paris has grown with the company since 2019, serving in several roles which exposed her to many operational areas within NCC. Paris now works with carriers and internal teams to make the contracting and licensing process as streamlined and effortless as possible for agents. She successfully motivates the contracting team to ensure contracting flows efficiently.
Chance Hall Contracting Specialist
Coming from the collegiate football coaching profession, Chance Hall brings a unique perspective to the NCC contracting team. His attention to detail, ability to work with different software, and quick learning style will bring on new ideas and add diversity to his role. As a graduate of the Haslam School of Business at The University of Tennessee, his passion for data and networking makes him a great asset to the NCC contracting team.
Emily Pierce Contracting Specialist
Emily Pierce brings a wealth of experience to NCC, drawing from a foundation in retail management and extensive tenure in banking. Emily is well-versed in the intricacies of customer service, operations, and compliance. Her journey has been punctuated by a passion for detail-oriented tasks and a passion for leadership in operational excellence. Emily’s expertise lies in her unwavering attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. She prides herself on being a fast learner, immersing herself in new subjects. As she embarks on her role at NCC, Emily’s primary objective is to leverage her skills and experiences to contribute meaningfully to the team while fostering her own growth and development.
Rachel Thomas National Sales Development Manager
Rachel Thomas joined National Contracting Center in February of 2022 and brings a wealth of Medicare knowledge to Sales Support with 16 years of dedicated Medicare experience guiding brokers to successful sales careers. She is passionate about the demographic we serve, and her mission is to help you become the best Senior Health insurance advocate you can be. Rachel is a licensed Health insurance agent herself and has over a decade of experience working for FMOs and 5 years of working as a Broker Sales Manager for a major carrier. She is dedicated to helping you grow your business and learn how to serve the senior community in ways that matter.
Angie Jones Sales Development Manager
Angie Jones joined NCC with many years of experience in insurance. She is extremely thorough and makes sure that agents have the right products and carriers to expand their business and become more profitable. She follows through with everything in a meticulous manner to make sure every agent gets what they need. Angie has extensive experience in assisting agencies get their Medicare business off the ground and successful.
Julie Zimdars Sales Developement Manager
Julie brings an impressive and diverse operational and management background to NCC. She is a knowledge expert on recruiting, onboarding & contracting Medicare, Health, Life, and LTC agents. A former business owner, currently licensed and certified life, health, and Medicare agent, and award-winning corporate recruiter, Julie has on-the-ground knowledge of what our agents face daily. Julie is highly committed to successfully moving agents through contracting and certifications.
Danielle Byers Sales Development Manager
Danielle Byers joined NCC with 30+ years’ experience in the Life and Health insurance industry. She has spent the last 14 years in health insurance in both Medicare and Under 65 products working for the carriers as a field agent representative. Danielle believes that relationships with agents are at the heart of everything we do and strives to connect and build friendships as well as working relationships with the agents she works for.
Alec Hayton Sales Development Manager
Alec Hayton has been in the Medicare insurance industry for over five years. His passion is to improve the agent experience so they can focus on their professional growth and ability to serve their clients. Alec has experience selling Medicare Advantage and DSNPs and understands what it’s like to be an agent in today’s world. Alec has also worked in contracting and onboarding where his knowledge of the FMO side of the business and what happens on the agent side gives him the unique ability to support agents with the knowledge and skill required to make there businesses successful.
Titus Cunigan Sales Developement Manager
Titus Cunigan, originally from the South Suburbs of Chicago, relocated to Atlanta in the late ’90s and has since made the South his home. His passion for business and people led him to join NCC.
Titus entered the Medicare industry in 2013, working with individual carriers, leading to the role of a Sales Growth Manager. His contributions to the patient growth team helped launch six locations in the Georgia market. Titus is well experienced in managing internal patient acquisition teams, collaborating with community brokers, and developing strategic business developments.
Most recently, Titus served as a Broker Manager for patient acquisition at Walmart Health, overseeing 13 locations across four counties in North Georgia. He is driven by results and the satisfaction of helping others, which he finds to be the most rewarding part of his day. As a caregiver for his aging family, Titus is always mindful to treat others with the same care and respect he wishes for his loved ones.
Samantha Reece Marketing Manager
Samantha Reece joined NCC in 2020 after several years of proven lead generation and digital marketing in the sales industry. As a licensed agent, she brings a firsthand perspective to driving revenue and increasing sales potential for agents. Her skills in problem-solving and relationship-building are invaluable to teaching agents how to make the most of their marketing budgets and generating results.
Brandon Hall Multimedia Learning Manager
Brandon Hall joined NCC with an extensive background in Insurance and Financial Services training. Originally from Mississippi, Brandon has called East TN home for almost 2 decades. Specializing in content creation and delivery, Brandon currently works with the marketing team to help create engaging and meaningful training for agents and marketers.
Karen Coulter Marketing Support Specialist
Karen supports the operational teams at NCC, utilizing her impressive background in sales, management, training, and customer relations throughout all she works on. Her diverse experience, positive attitude, and attention to detail provide invaluable support with reporting, training materials, and administrative projects. Karen also has extensive Medicare product knowledge and customer service skills that contribute to the success of our agent onboarding teams.
Megan Van Burkleo Marketing Specialist
Megan Van Burkleo joined NCC with a varied background in training, management, sales, marketing, and customer relations. She strives to deliver a personalized experience to agents by being a positive and supportive partner on their walk towards growth and success. She has a history of working closely with small business owners, which benefits her in assisting agents. Megan focuses on the details and values service-centered relationships. Her commitment and passion make her an asset to the NCC team and our agents.
Leasa McCall Digital Marketing Specialist
Joining NCC in 2023, Leasa McCall brings several years of proven search engine optimization success. Specializing in content creation and site optimization, she aims to make NCC’s website stand out, perform on top, and make our agents even more successful.
Courtney Vidas Strategic Partnerships Manager
Courtney Vidas brings over a decade of experience to NCC. Her knowledge and experience is an incredible asset to our agents and agencies. Courtney comes to the table with solutions and is able to effectively problem-solve in a variety of areas. She is excellent at connecting people, establishing partnerships, and building mutually beneficial relationships.
Melissa Barber Operations Support Specialist
Melissa joins NCC as a well-rounded contributor in her role where she serves as Operations Support Analyst. Melissa came to NCC with almost 20 years of government contractor experience, where her background includes management support, finance, quality and compliance, procurement, and facilities management. Several years in the commercial banking industry advanced her quality and compliance skills even further. Melissa demonstrates excellent customer service by assisting multiple internal departments, as needed, and continuously seeks growth and development opportunities to provide support.
Guy Adams Acquisitions Coordinator and Data Analyst
Guy joins NCC with a background working in customer experience reporting with a focus on providing a “voice of the customer/client” through analysis on contact drivers. He excels at providing actionable insights into the state of the operation through measurable KPIs and metrics. Guy’s prior experience working with Walt Disney World and Discovery Inc/Warner Bros Discovery and brings an exciting and diverse view to our team.
Kerry Bennink People & Culture Specialist
Kerry Bennink is the People & Culture Specialist at NCC, where she is committed to building a positive and inclusive work environment that allows everyone to thrive. With a deep care for people, Kerry prioritizes employee engagement, talent development, and creating a supportive atmosphere. Her dedication ensures that NCC is a place where individuals feel valued, heard, and empowered to collaborate and grow. Tracy Squires Commissions Manager
Tracy uses her background in Internal Audit and Accounts Payable to analyze and process NCC’s commissions in a timely manner. She has been a stalwart backbone of NCC for over seven years, processing commissions, auditing financial performance, and ensuring our agents are paid accurately and on time.
David Bottoms Commissions Data Analyst
David has been in the insurance industry since 2012 and joined the NCC team in March of 2023 to help with agents from behind the scenes after working as a Benefits Consultant with SFG. Graduating from The University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s in economics 2012, he brings value to the team by being excellent with numbers and attention to detail. Striving to find the good in every situation, he continues to exemplify our core values.
John Pontiff Staff Accountant
John joined NCC as a staff accountant in the finance department with a background in both accounting and software/ERP support. He is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee and a Marine Corps combat veteran. His background helps the finance department provide quality information in a timely and efficient manner to assist in making business decisions that will benefit both NCC/SFG and their clients. His attention to detail and software knowledge are key to streamlining financial and reporting processes.
Barbara Cales Commissions Analyst
Barbara has proven to be an invaluable addition to the NCC team. Barbara brings a calming presence to her role, works well under pressure, and is detail oriented. Her varied experiences in accounting, payroll, customer relations, and the construction industry provide a unique professional background that allows us to ensure our processes run smoothly.
