When my Father retired and handed me the keys and said go for it, I was terrified to say the least. But Connie and NCC have helped guide me and helped me strive to be the best agent and agency I can be. You’re always a phone call away and if I ever have a question you’re on it and always get me the right answer the first time and that helps make me always look confident to my customers.

Prior to AEP Jerold’s meetings and seminars give us a “heads up” as to what is going on in our local market. These briefings gear us up for the upcoming selling season. We are continually learning ways to expand our opportunities and move our business forward throughout the year and NCC never stops making suggestions to make sure this happens.

After being a captive agent for 8 years it was truly a breath of fresh air working with NCC. Jerold and his son Jackson are the epitome of professionalism and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and patient (we had MANY questions (still do!)).
