Issue ages 50 through 85 (Age Last Birthday); Face Amount: $5,000 to $30,000 may vary by state; Christian Fidelity’s Assurance is a simplified issue whole life policy designed specifically to cover final expenses. Premiums never increase and the death benefit amount never changes. No medical exams or blood work required; only a medical questionnaire. The point-of-sale telephone interview provides an immediate decision.
Complete the application, including the MIB and HIPAA Authorization, and ask all the health questions before initiating the telephone interview.
The Point-of-Sale Decision Process ~ the decision is primarily based on the answers to the application health questions. At the time of sale, a telephone interview is conducted with the applicant to review and confirm the information. The telephone interview is required with every application, regardless of the insurance product being applied for. The point-of-sale interview allows the sale to be closed while still in the home. To aid the decision process, the interviewer will access the Medical Information Bureau (MIB) and a drug profile called IntelliScript at the time of the interview. These tools are used to help ensure a prompt and accurate decision.

The Point-of-Sale Interview and Decision Process: complete the application at the appointment; if during business hours, the producer calls the telephone interview service while with the applicant at the appointment. The producer identifies themselves and answers a few short questions. The producer puts the applicant on the phone with the interviewer. The interviewer obtains the applicant’s permission to record the interview and authorization to run IntellScript while on the phone call. IntellScript, a drug profile, will be run during the interview. The producer is told the application decision.
The Point-of-Sale Interview and Decision Process: complete the application at the appointment; if after business hours, the producer leaves a voice message in the 24-hour voicemail box for the interviewer to call the client back the next business day. Leave the Producer's and Applicant's names and phone numbers. The interviewer obtains the applicant’s permission to record the interview and authorization to run IntellScript while on the phone call. IntellScript, a drug profile, will be run during the interview. The producer will be contacted during normal business hours and informed of the application decision.
If the applicant is approved, the producer sends in the application, payment and replacement form (when necessary). Once the application is received and if approved, it will be processed within two business days.
If the applicant is declined, the producer sends in the application only with a note that the applicant was declined during the interview.
