- 3 Attempts – Each time the exam is opened (initiated) it will count as an attempt and must be completed in one sitting (~40 min).

- Miramar has a new Multi-Factor Authentication process that must be completed before registering for the product exam.
- Upon Log-in, the user will be presented with a verification screen, asking for a verification code.
- MFA verification will only need to be completed once every 30 days
- You will also need to upload a copy of your 2025 AHIP certificate into Miramar.

- This year ACT training will be located in the Centene Workbench. The broker will need to navigate to the left-hand side of the portal and go to “ Trainings”. This is also where AHIP is located if your broker needs to complete this as well.

- The GetCertified.ElevanceHealth.com website will be temporarily unavailable 6/19/24 – 7/1/24.
- If you currently have training in progress, it must be completed before 6/19/2024.
